The NHC has upgraded Felix to a hurricane as of 8 PM.

 Here is the lastest information:

  •  155 miles east-northeast of Bonaire

  • 270 miles east of Aruba

  • west at 18 mph

  • Winds at 75 mph

  • Pressure at 993 mb.
